Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from Natylle (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1) Processing Time (Handling Time)
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).
Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packing, and handoff to the carrier.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If delays occur beyond the normal timeframe, we will notify you by email.
Important: Processing time is separate from shipping (transit) time. Transit time begins once the order has been shipped.
2) Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently offer standard shipping within the United States.
- Standard Shipping: $9.90 for orders below $69
- Free Standard Shipping: Free for orders of $69 and above
Shipping options and final costs are displayed at checkout.
3) Transit Time
After processing, orders are shipped with an estimated transit time of 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday).
4) Estimated Delivery Time
The total estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days from the date the order is placed.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors.
5) Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
If you do not receive a tracking email, please contact us at service@natylle.com.
6) Shipping Destination
We currently ship within the United States only.
7) Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped.
8) Delivery Issues
Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, please allow additional time for delivery. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us and we will assist you in contacting the carrier.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:
- Check around your delivery location
- Confirm your shipping address
- Contact the carrier for delivery details
Please notify us within 7 days so we can assist you in investigating the issue.
9) Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on availability. Multiple tracking numbers may be provided at no additional cost.
10) Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the information and provide an appropriate resolution.
