1) How do I place an order?

3) When will my payment be charged?
Payment is charged at the time the order is placed. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully authorized and completed.
4) Do you charge sales tax?
Currently, we do not charge sales tax on orders placed through our website. However, this may change depending on your shipping address and state tax laws.
5) How long does order processing take?
Order processing times are listed on our Shipping Policy page. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
6) How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times are provided on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors beyond our control. Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $59.99.
7) Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
8) Can I change or cancel my order?
Order changes or cancellations may be possible only before the order has entered processing. If your order is already processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it, but you can initiate a return once the order is delivered.
