1) How do I place an order?

To place an order, select your desired product, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide shipping information and complete payment before submitting your order.

2) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Shopify Payments, which supports major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and other options displayed at checkout.

3) When will my payment be charged?

Payment is charged at the time the order is placed. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully authorized.

4) Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax may be applied at checkout where required by applicable laws.

5) How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

6) How long does shipping take?

After processing, orders are shipped with an estimated transit time of 5–7 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors.

Free standard shipping is available for orders of $69 and above. Orders below this amount are subject to a flat shipping fee.

7) Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping.

8) Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet entered processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. You may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

9) What is your return & refund policy?

10) How will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

11) Do I need an account to place an order?

No account is required. You may complete checkout as a guest.
